My Parisian adventure began Thursday morning. Scottie and I had no information about the wedding until we checked in to the hotel where we were greeted and given small clues on the itinerary for the upcoming days. Kim was keen on making this as much as a surprise for her guests as it was for her. Thursday night kicked off with a private dinner hosted by Lorraine Schwartz and Shellie Azoff at Hotel Costes. A close group of Kim’s friends got together to celebrate her last few days as a Kardashian—after dinner, everyone headed to the Eiffel Tower to shoot a few candid’s in the true spirit of love.

Friday night was the rehearsal dinner at the beautiful and breathtaking Versailles. Each roomed adorned with historic artistry, endless columns, fine drapery and draw dropping murals. I wore a floor-length pink dress designed by Michael Costello. By the end of the night the Kim and Kanye joined guests under the rain while singing and dancing to the joys of love.  Needless to say, I didn’t make it back to my hotel until the early hours of the following morning.

The beautiful Parisian sunrise awoke us on Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. Hair and makeup was knocking at my door by 8:00 a.m. The anticipation built throughout the morning as everybody waited to be picked up from their hotel rooms to be chartered to a private terminal with two planes stationed. Everyone took their assigned seats and waited for take-off into the beautiful city of Florence.

Nothing short from magical—guests made their way out of the plane and straight to the hotel where guests caught up with one over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres until it was time for the reception. Women dressed in gowns designed by Balmain, Alexander Wang, Givenchy and Michael Costello adorned the panoramic scene while their dates complimented them in 3-piece tailored suits. Alas, the moment came when guests got their first glimpse of the future Mrs. West in a beautiful custom Givenchy wedding gown that extended itself out through the isle.

Already a few tears ran down the cheeks of family members. As the reception commenced guests watched the princess and her king as they exchanged their vowels and expressed their love for one another. Proving that chivalry isn’t dead and love is what makes the world go around—everyone clapped in honor of Mr. and Mrs. West’s fairytale wedding. Wishing you both the best in your new life as husband and wife!
