On The Go: hard boiled eggs can be prepared ahead of time, stored in the fridge, and then eaten as a healthy snack whenever cravings hit.
Cabbage: High in antioxidants, including vitamin C. It’s also high in fiber to keep you staying full for longer periods of time. Cabbage also contains calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, and vitamin K.
Snack Tip: Fried cabbage is delicious. Make sure to fry it in healthy, low fat oils and cooking sprays
Yogurt: Probiotics found in yogurt help limit the amount of fat your body absorbs. The amino acids in yogurt help burn fat while the calcium tells your fat cells to get rid of cortisol, which is a hormone that may cause belly fat to increase.
Add to your list: buy yogurt that say "live active cultures " on the container.
Apples: Filled with fiber and crunch these tasty things found in apples contribute to weight loss.

Black Beans: Full of protein and fiber, black beans keep your digestive system healthy and working efficiently. The flavonoids in black beans help reduce stomach fat.
