Pinterest has become a go-to source for me to find inspiration for health, exercise and recipes. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and thanks to these 6 Pinterest accounts I’ve been able to envision and live-out my fitness and health goals. Fitsugar.com: Craving celebrity slim-down secrets or a squat challenge? Fitsugar.com Pinterest boards are certified to keep you in-shape and in the know. Some of my favorite pins include detox ideas, year-round “best of” foods, and the occasional 4-week squat challenge.
Greatist.com: If you’re competitive by nature then you should consider the “Greatist”. A finely curated Pinterest board with health, food, and lifestyle ideas all in one. If you’re the numerical type than this is the board for you! Some common pins include: “51- Paleo Friendly Snacks” , “50 Awesome Pre and Post Workout Snacks”, and “44 Healthy Foods Under $1”.
Active.com: If you’re into cardio exercises and an active lifestyle then this is the board for you. I highly suggest to any long distance or marathon runners looking for a daily dose of inspiration. Eat Your Veggies: Can’t get enough of your greens? The “Eat Your Veggies” board is the perfect serving of veggies for you. All recipes are vegetable based and absolutely delicious!
